The Importance
Why LFA?

According to the Air Force, diversity is “essential to our ultimate success in an increasingly competitive and dynamic global environment”.

In order to address the geo-political opportunities and challenges of the future, corporations, the US military and individuals must recognize the value and strategic benefit of diversity within their workforce and among their leadership. LFA is part of the solution, cultivating highly qualified, sought-after youth and minorities for college, the workforce and our nation.
