Shaniya Marshall

Shaniya Marshall is a student at Middle Georgia State University where she is studying Aviation Management, and training to become a private pilot through the Flight 61 program. Shaniya recently completed her first solo flight and hopes to be ready for her check ride in a few weeks.
Shaniya became interested in the aviation industry after attending a college expo and listening to a flight school's presentation. She loves to travel and has always been a hands-on person so choosing a career that would excite her and give her a different experience every day was a must.
Shaniya is an aspiring professional pilot with plans to one day own a private jet business. Once she graduates, she plans on joining the United States Air Force to continue building her flight hours and credibility.
Joshua Clemons

Joshua Clemons is a rising junior in Charlotte, North Carolina. Joshua carries a 4.188 weighted grade point average and is an active student-athlete participating in Varsity Football and Track and Field.
Joshua is an active member of the Knight Building Knights organization which is a leadership program that helps develop young men of color into future leaders and provides support as they navigate and advance through their high school years. He is also an active leader at Word Fellowship Church – Charlotte and a member of the Ardrey Kell High School Aviation Club.
Joshua has a passion for aviation and enjoys flying airplanes, continuing his life-long aviation training to become a pilot, and watching his favorite college football teams compete on the weekend. Upon graduation from high school, Joshua plans to attend a four-year university and major in Aviation (Professional Flight).
Daniel Harrison

Daniel Harrison is an international student from Jamaica with dreams and aspirations of becoming an Airline Transport Pilot. Since the age of 5, his passion for aviation has been like a flame that cannot be extinguished. His first visit to an airport was on a first grade field trip in May of 2006, and ever since that day, he has made it his life's goal to become a pilot.
Daniel began studying in the United States in January 2019. He recently graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County and will be attending Morgan State University this Fall to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, while simultaneously working on his flight training at Middle River Aviation.
His short-term goals are to obtain his bachelor's degree and commercial pilot's license. At the peak of his future career, he sees himself flying to Paris, France as a Captain of an Emirates Airlines Boeing 747.
Aditya Nair

Aditya Nair is a high school junior from South Texas. He is the first in his family to pursue a career in aviation. After having completed his solo he is determined to keep pushing through.
Aditya hopes to attend the United States Air Force Academy and go on to serve on active duty and fly for the United States Air Force. Aditya is working hard to make those dreams come true.
In his spare time, Aditya enjoys volunteering and introducing as many people as he can to the amazing world of aviation.
Mikayla Gangadeen

Mikayla Gangadeen is a high school junior in Yorktown, Virginia where she is involved in soccer, basketball and cheer. She is from Tampa, FL and has lived in Colorado, Utah and Germany.
In her free time, she likes to stay active and enjoys the outdoors. Mikayla also serves her local community, while growing her leadership skills and nurturing her love of flying by participating in the local Civil Air Patrol. She has hopes and dreams of one day becoming a pilot.
